START A RETURN

At Fashion Jewelry Spot, our goal is to create every piece of personalized jewelry as special and beautiful as the moment it honors. If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we will rectify any situation.
RETURNS 
Items will only be accepted for return or exchange within 45 days of the shipping date

• Customized pieces are only eligible for returns, not exchanges. We allow exchanges on non-personalized pieces ONLY. No exceptions.
  
  
• Due to the fact that our pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds on any returns.
  
  
• All returns will be credited in the form of credit gift cards only! 

• In-stock items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for any item in the same collection

• Items must be sent back within 30 days of processing the return

• Items must be returned unworn and in its original condition.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your returns once they're returned back to our facility.
  
• Fashion Jewelry Spot is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. 
• Please ONLY ship your returns via the shipping label provided
• Fashion Jewelry Spot will NOT accept any return/exchange shipped to us without a return/exchange submission via our returns portal

Cancellations

Please note, we are ONLY able to accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. All orders begin their production the moment they are processed. No Exceptions!
